- Pembrokeshire Expedition

Spent the weekend hiking around the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire on a Duke of Edinburgh Award leaders assessment expedition. It was pretty tough going trekking through the hills and valleys of North Pembrokeshire with a full expedition rucksack on our backs in rather variable weather, but the scenery was superb, the company was excellent and we only had two major first aid incidents... both of which were staged as part of the assessment.
