Wuyishan Mountain Wildlife

3rd - 6th September 2015

Took a thousand mile trip south on the Chinese Bullet Train to search out some of the wildlife of the tropical forests in the Wuyishan Mountains, Fujian Province. Being a public holiday it was teeming with Chinese tourists, but the scenery was stunning and once I managed to escape the crowds there were plenty of exotic insects as well as the occasional frog, toad and some rather timid birds. Below is a selection of my favourites:
